October18-20. To mark the first anniversary of the Witch Creek Fires, 1,100
American flags, each representing a home that was lost or damaged, will wave
proudly in Rancho Bernardo.

Get ready to kick off the new year 2009 at Capri Blu. The RBBA's January
reception will be at Capri Blu Italian Bistro & Wine Bar for the second straight
year (are we starting a tradition?). Thanks to our host and part owner Michelle
Limon. The reception is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2009 from
5:30PM-7:00PM.
