Plan now to be at the first annual "Savour Rancho Bernardo" at the
Courtyard by Marriott RB Tuesday, October 21.

Many of the community's most popular
restaurants and hotel restaurants will
be offering a sampling of their fare.
Also, we are including a number of
local retirement communities.
Bring your spouses, friends and
neighbors. This is going to be an
exciting event. Thanks to Kory
Demeulenaere, General Manager
of the Courtyard by Marriott, and
her staff for opening her facility
to this event. We plan on 15-20
establishments to participate. Said
RBBA President Toni Kraft, "And if it
warrants, we will take this event to the whole community in years to come."

In typical RBBA reception fashion, this event is free to members and $5.00
for non-members. And of course the first drink is always on the RBBA.

SCORE, the counselors to small businesses, offers its services to the RBBA Membership.
Monty Dickinson, San Diego President of SCORE, will be coming before the
RBBA Board in the October board meeting to discuss how SCORE and the RBBA
can work together to be available to our membership with their expertise.
Mr. Dickinson believes that the RBBA is exactly the type of organization they
would like to become involved with. Mr. Dickinson has also agreed to provide
an educational luncheon for the RBBA membership in February at a date to be
announced. Your RBBA board is continually working to explore and implement
ways to benefit our membership and we look forward to our relationship with
SCORE. Watch this site and emails for SCORE updates. SCORE's website is now
permanently available on our links list in the right hand column.
